The Oceano Azul International L.da  is a Capeverdian Society that was established with the purposes of developing the activities of coordination and commercial real estate intermediation mainly those that goes beyond the national borders.

For the Society activities in Cape Verde the offices are settled in Santa Maria, in the Island of Sal and in Sal Rei, in the Island of Boavista.

 

 
The Society Oceano Azul L.da was established in Cape Verde in 2002 and immediately started operating in the real estate and commercial sector with their own structures and staff.

Under the practical and workable plan coordinates, organizes, manages, and programmed all the real estate and commercial activities of the Societies where the partners are involved.

In the last years the coordination of these activities were connected with the construction, delivery and after-sales assistance of more than 200 properties constructed on the islands of Sal and Boavista where are concentrated a great part of the activities.

The same Society and always through their own partners is engaged in real estate development as "promoter" of the Societies Oceano Centro, Por do Sol and Soleado.

Our background, our dedication, diligence and perseverance associated with a wide operational experience enable us to achieve satisfactory results that we intend to improve in the future with business commitment that we’ve  already planed for the coming years.

 

 

Oceano Azul Brasil L.tda  is a Brazilian society, also shared by their partners that belongs to our Group with head-office in Fortaleza, Brazil, where also works as a “promoter” and a real estate promoter.

The society owns real properties and, in particular, plots situated in prestigious locations and in phase of notable touristy development.
