The Villa can be built within a period of eight months, on plot of land of approximately 1,000 sqm and with to a very high standard of quality. By request we can offer special flooring materials and the installations of solar energy

The Villa America, on the first floor, will have a large suite with elegant bathroom, closet, private study and enormous terrace with stunning views over the ocean.

On the ground floor, beside a large garage will have a huge living room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry and three large bedrooms with en-suites with stained glass windows overlooking the swimming pools.

On the external area beside the garden with tropical plants there will be a swimming pool for adults and another one for children, a large solarium in solid wood and an extended porch furnished with grill.
